What are the delivery charges for orders from your website?

Our delivery charges will be confirmed once you have selected your order and delivery address. Depending on customer delivery option; we can deliver the majority of our products, to most countries around the world. Please check the ‘Delivery Options’ section on individual product pages.  £5.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING applies to individual item delivery within UK; multiple orders incur extra charges up to £12 depending on delivery option.  We can’t list every area we cover and delivery costs will vary based on distance outside our regions.

Which payment methods are accepted on your website?

We accept major Visa Debit and Credit cards to includes PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on customer shipping delivery option and distance.

How secure is shopping on website? Is my data protected?

Entout do not store your credit or debit card in our system nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties, during your transaction you are automated securely transfer to your financial institution where you will be asked to provide your credit / debit card details each time you place an order with us to protect your financial information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will send you confirmation and invoice email once your order is received. Incase you did not received a confirmation / invoice email, this could mean the email address entered incorrectly, should you not receive confirmation of your order within 6 hours please do contact us by email: [email protected]  or by phone +447845948441.  Likewise, we will notify you via telephone contact as soon as possible. We appreciate if you do not attempt to submit the order again to avoid placing duplicate orders.
